About Counsellor in Plymouth

At times we all feel overwhelmed and in need of support to feel less confused, isolated and anxious. I understand it can be difficult to talk about yourself because of a fear of being judged or you may not know where to begin.

You may see having counselling as a weakness or think you do not have the time. I want you to know it is actually very courageous to seek support and the first step to regaining control over your life.

Counsellor Plymouth - About me

I specialise in working with people who doubt themselves personally and professionally, feel they are not good enough and need to do more to feel worthy and valued by family, friends and colleagues. A lack of confidence can affect different areas of your life especially when big life events happen.

I am passionate about being a counsellor, being part of the process of seeing my clients make the changes they want is an honour. I understand how important finding the right counsellor is to be able to really talk about how you feel, gain new insights and understand your behaviours. I have had counselling, which has made a big difference to all areas of my life with lasting benefits. I trained as a counsellor after a long career supporting children and young people. I saw the bravery of these people and realised how reparative counselling can be.
