I am Alicia and I can help you make sense of your feelings and support you to feel differently.
I am a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and BACP Registered Member based in Plymouth. I specialise in working with people experiencing low self esteem, stress, anxiety, panic, depression, difficulties from childhood, problems at work and trauma.
I have extensive knowledge of supporting people to value themselves, find their voice and gain the strength to no longer focus on pleasing others as a way of seeking approval.
Through our work some of the differences you will see are:
- You becoming more confident and assertive
- Improving your ability to cope with stress and anxiety
- Trauma and old beliefs about yourself no longer holding you back
