I am Alicia and I can help you make sense of your feelings and support you to feel differently.

I am a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and BACP Registered Member based in Plymouth. I specialise in working with people experiencing low self esteem, stress, anxiety, panic, depression, difficulties from childhood, problems at work and trauma.

I have extensive knowledge of supporting people to value themselves, find their voice and gain the strength to no longer focus on pleasing others as a way of seeking approval.

As an Integrative counsellor, I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs. Drawing from various therapeutic theories, I offer a holistic approach that promotes healing and growth. My goal is to establish trust and safety, working at your pace to explore and cope with challenging situations. I also use creative methods to express and understand emotions. With extensive experience, I help individuals find relief, self-acceptance, and confidence. Take the courageous step towards self-discovery and transformation.


On my first session Alicia helped me to feel comfortable straight away. She was so warm and accepting, I knew I had come to the right person. Throughout all of our sessions she was so encouraging and patient, as well as skilled and intuitive in helping me to realise things for myself. I felt safe to open up about some very difficult events during our sessions, which has created really positive change in my life. Thank you so much.
