Through our work I can support you to understand how past experiences including trauma continue to impact you. I offer a safe, non judgemental and compassionate space to help you to make sense of your feelings, thoughts and behaviours.
As an Integrative counsellor, I tailor my approach to meet each client's unique needs. Drawing from various therapeutic models, I work in a way that safely supports reducing of psychological distress and promotes healing and resilience. My goal is to establish trust, choice and safety between us, including working at each person's own pace.
